We have free live zoom classes Monday 10:30 am and Tuesday 6:30pm sponsored by Brooklyn Recovery Center one of our partners! All are welcome to join this community class to recover their health and wellness!   Email Karen at mbecenter.llc@yahoo.com to gain access and zoom code! Can't make it due to your schedule? Need an in person class as well? Call us for Private or other Group classes based on your needs, age and interest for a more complete schedule! We have something for everyone! IN PERSON CLASSES FOR 60 and Over!

If you are 60 and over and live in Brooklyn come join me Tuesday at 9am for Self Healing Qi gong starting in September of 2025 and Currently Friday at 11am Active beginnings!  All Classes at the center are free for those who are 60 and over and as long as you become a member! The address is 15 Bayridge avenue (Bayridge Senior Center! )Looking forward to seeing you there!
